We're trying an experiment with music right now. Some of the pages you open will automatically start playing an oldie but it stops as soon as you go on to the next page or click on a picture. Right now, the collection of music we have available is limited and not every page has a song nor does all the music necessarily fit the theme or mood of each page.
This is an old website drafting utility and doesn't have a lot of flexibility. We'll try to load a sound track that will play continuously throughout the site but that may take a while. A huge "Thank You" to Taffi in Birmingham, Alabama who finally located the owner of the 1964 Madrid High School class ring she found on the beach at Panama City, Florida the fall of 1964. Our beloved school's name on the ring and Gary M's initials inside the ring eventually led her to this site where she got in touch with us. Taffi - It is people like you who help us keep our faith in people. Merry Christmas to you and yours and an extra big "Thank You" from Gary who is very happy to have his long-lost ring back.
Jeff's senior picture - Accolade 1963
Sad news: Jeff S., the President of the M/THS Alumni Association, member of the Class of 1963, Princeton undergraduate and Stanford Law graduate, and the single most important person in the organization over the last two decades in terms of personal time spent managing it for free, annual work publishing the alumni directory that has enabled hundreds, perhaps thousands of old friends to reconnect, and much more, passed away in San Francisco, Tuesday evening, September 24, following a long illness and hospitalization. When we learn funeral arrangements, we'll post them.
We devoted a page to Jeff recognizing his accomplishments and the invaluable pro bono work he did to make the association and our reunions such successes. It is just getting started with more contributions to follow. Click here.

First timers this year were Lindy, Christy, Doug, Randy C., and John P. John and Randy were unable to make the Saturday night photo shoot but they appear in several on the pages featuring pictures from the reunion.
We would like to offer Marty and Lisa a special note of condolence. Marty's Father passed away during the reunion and Marty had to leave early, a very sad situation because of the loss of his Dad and also because Marty and Lisa seem to enjoy these reunions so much.
We would also like to acknowledge Bob B.'s generous gift of "M" cookie cutters that were distributed to the 400+ reunion attendees. Many thanks, Bob!

YET ANOTHER GREAT BLAST!!
We stayed up late enjoying each other's company, danced until we needed to seek rest and sustenance at our unofficial gathering spot/watering hole on the patios and lawn (except at 11 PM when the sprinklers started) in front of the rooms reserved by Janice, Jill, Skip & Tom, and then continued partying until we couldn't stay awake any longer.
